The presentation will cover introductory terminology about pronouns and gender diversity, as well as how to respectfully utilize them in a workplace setting. It will start with definitions of important words about gender, followed up by an activity which will allow participants to consider their own gender identity and expression. Then we will get into how to approach pronoun usage and introductions at work, along with a what not to do section. The presentation will conclude with the provision of some resources which the participants can use to further their knowledge.
